Order Processing

Online orders are processed within one business day. If your merchandise is in stock at your local store, you may pick it up on the day the order is processed, or arrange for delivery. If your merchandise is currently not in stock, we will provide you with an estimated arrival date. Once your merchandise has been received locally, delivery can typically be expected within 2-5 days.

Pickup

Once your merchandise is at your local store, you may elect to have the item(s) loaded into your vehicle. You must arrive within the hours listed below. When you arrive, your item will be unboxed for you to inspect for any damage or defects. Once you have signed for the merchandise and it is loaded into your vehicle, you are considered to be in possession of the product(s). You will be responsible for all damage henceforth, excluding factory defects.

What You Need To Know

If you elect to pick your merchandise up, please do so as soon as possible. Any product not picked up within 30 days from the date on which the merchandise was available will accrue storage charges of $25 per piece per month until the order is picked up or cancelled. We urge you to measure your furniture, room, and doorways before picking your furniture up. Please be sure to bring supplies with which to tie down and protect your merchandise, such as ropes, straps, blankets, et cetera.

Local Delivery

Delivery is an additional fee. This fee is NOT included with your purchase. Delivery timeframe varies based on location and product availability. Pricing is subject to change at any time.

Anchorage & Mat-Su Valley

In the Anchorage and Mat-Su regions, delivery is typically arranged through a third party, Delivery Solutions, LLC., and begins at $100 for one box in Anchorage, at begins at $125 in the valley. Some furniture items require multiple boxes for a single item, which will result in a greater delivery fee. Some items are considered specialty due to size or weight--these items may incur additional fees. With Delivery Solutions, LLC., the first 30 minutes of delivery are included. Fairbanks & Soldotna

For those who live locally to Soldotna or Fairbanks, please contact your respective store directly for delivery information and rates. Delivery begins at $125 for one box and is variable based on location. Our Soldotna location may be reached at 907.260.5288, and Fairbanks may be reached at 907.328.4083 (stores' hours are Mon-Fri 10 AM - 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 12 PM - 6 PM).

Rural & Bush

For those living in remote areas of Alaska, we are happy to deliver your items to the freight forwarder of your choice. Every item we deliver will be unboxed, inspected, repackaged and reinforced for the journey ahead. We are able to add additional packaging for an additional fee, and in some cases this may be required to ensure your item(s) arrive(s) in perfect condition. A handling fee of $99.99 is required for all bush orders. Allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before in-stock items are taken to your shipping company. Out-of-State & International

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship our products to locations outside of the state of Alaska due to prohibitive shipping costs.
