Returns, Exchanges, & Storage Fees

(Subject to Manager Approval)

  • No Returns & Exchanges on upholstery, pillows, or mattresses and protectors due to health concerns.
  • Items must be in new condition, in original packaging, and inspected by the manager.
  • Returns & Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase (24 hours for art and accessories.)
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns and will be deducted from the return credit.
  • In-store credit will be applied to your account for all Returns & Exchanges.
  • Cancellations will incur a $20 fee, deducted from the original payment before a refund is issued.
  • On deliveries canceled within 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery time, any prepared and assembled items will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Any product not picked up within 10 days from the date of the merchandise being available will accrue storage charges of $25.00 per piece, per month until the order is picked up or canceled.
  • Fees will be collected by cash or credit before financed sales are reversed.
  • In-store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. No cash refunds.
