The Custom & Classic Car Show event will take place rain or shine and all cars must remain on display from Noon to 5pm. Vehicles cannot exit the area until the event coordinator deems it safe, which will occur as close to 5pm as possible. Applicants must obey all pertinent safety codes and laws, including but not limited to parking regulations of the event.
By submitting this application with signature, the vehicle owner and/or exhibitor fully and unconditionally releases Bailey's Furniture, Inc. and their partners, sponsors, and agents from any liability, risk of personal injury, loss or damage to property. The exhibitor assumes all risks including: civil disturbance, riot, public commotion, negligent acts or violence of third parties arising from or related to the Car Show event.
Signature on this application warrants that the exhibitor has personally read the rules, maintains a valid auto liability policy, and will abide by said rules and regulations and the event policies on the day of the show. Car owner must provide their own drip tray if needed to protect the surface. At their sole discretion, Bailey's Furniture, Inc. retains the right to refuse participation to any car exhibitor prior to or on the day of the event. All on-site decisions by the event coordinator are final and binding.
