Apply for the Challenge

By signing this agreement, the participant grants Bailey's Furniture the unrestricted right to use submitted content created for the Great Alaska Influencer Challenge for marketing and promotional purposes.

This includes the right to:

• Share the content across Bailey's social media platforms
• Use the content in advertising and marketing campaigns
• Edit, crop, or modify the content for promotional purposes
• Use the content in digital, print, streaming, or broadcast media

The participant acknowledges that Bailey's Furniture may use this content without additional compensation beyond participation in the contest.

The participant retains personal authorship credit for the content but grants Bailey's Furniture perpetual marketing usage rights.

Content Approval

Participants agree that all videos must be submitted to Bailey's Furniture for review and approval prior to posting publicly. Bailey's reserves the right to request edits or decline content that does not meet brand standards.

Release of Liability

The participant releases Bailey's Furniture from any claims related to the use of submitted content for marketing purposes.

Brand Conduct Expectations

Participants agree to represent Bailey's Furniture in a positive and respectful manner while participating in the Great Alaska Influencer Challenge.

Participants agree not to publish or associate Bailey's Furniture with content that:

• Is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate
• Promotes unsafe or illegal behavior
• Contains explicit or adult material
• Misrepresents Bailey's Furniture products or services
• Damages the Bailey's brand reputation

Participants also agree that their contest content will be:

• Family-friendly
• Appropriate for a general audience
• Consistent with Bailey's values as a local, family-owned business

Social Media Conduct

Participants must:

• Tag Bailey's official social media accounts in their contest post
• Keep the post public during the engagement period
• Avoid deleting or altering the content during the contest timeframe

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in disqualification from the contest.

Compliance

Participants acknowledge that Bailey's Furniture reserves the right to remove or disqualify participants whose content or conduct conflicts with these guidelines.
